Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items, unless it is a custom order, take 1-2 business days to package and ship.
Estimated Shipping Time
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend upon the selected delivery service. During regular times of the year (excluding holidays and severe weather) these services can take approximately 3-7 business days for the continental U.S. and at least 7 business days for overseas military addresses such as APO, AE.

International Shipping may or may not be available. If it is delivery depends upon location and will take a minimum of 7 business days. Charges and fees will apply at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping fees are the Customers responsibility to pay unless other arrangements have been made with Created By Chell. Please contact me at [email protected] with any questions.
• We do not accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can not accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items or masks(for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
